Axis Controller 10AXThis card, realized with the most modern technologies, allows (within the industry) to exploit the capacity of your P.C. in the best way. In fact it has been projected in order to interface till 10 input for "Line Driver bidirectional encoders" and 10 "12 bits analog output" with an IBM or a compatible Personal Computer. These two functions, linked through an appropriate software realized by the user himself on the basis of his needs, allow to control simultaneous movements of several axis in interpolation.
Your computer will become a powerful control station able to drive till 10 axis simultaneously with the management of ramps of positive or negative acceleration, linear or circular interpolation between the axis, infinitesimal position, resets, play regeneration and all the functions that the control of mechanical arms, robots or industrial machines could require. The card is situated inside the P.C. into one of the AT Bus slots and it's settable by jumpers as a I/O device.
The signal generated by the position transducer produces a bidirectional count that, when it's read by the PC, allows to know the right position of the axis with a resolution of 24 bit max.
After several elaborations done by the PC on the basis of data collected from the counter, the digital value is put in exit and opportunely converted it will pilot the appliance of the engine with the right tension, that will lead the axis engine to corresponding speed. It is possible to read the 0 cyclic encoder signal status of any axis. A digital input is available for contacts referred to 0V of which you can read the status. It is possible to reset the position counter both software and hardware way. Hardware reset can be obtained from the single signal of 0 encoder (case of circular axis) or from the combination of 0 encoder signal and switch reference 0 V. |

I/O Cards24/24 and 72/64This card, realized with the most modern technologies, allows to simplify the procedures for the communications among external sensors such as end of stroke, proximity switches, photocells, etc and a PC.
In fact it has been designed in order to interface till 72 logical inputs and 64 open collector output (mod. 72/64) or 24 logical inputs and 24 output (Mod. 24/24) with an IBM or compatible Personal Computer.
With an appropriate software realized by the user himself on the basis of his needs, it is possible to read the logical status of inputs with easy instructions of input and so to answer to the sequence of events driving the exits to the right logical status with easy instructions of output.
The card is situated inside the P.C. into one of the suitable slots of connection and it is settable by jumpers as I/O device.
